Description

  • Manage the net-new pitch process, including pitch timelines, briefings, win strategies, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Craft responses for RFIs and procurement processes while coordinating with legal and finance teams.
  • Contribute to the improvement of business development processes, including qualification strategy, win strategy, pitch casting, usability, and best practices.
  • Manage client communications and position DEPT® as a strategic partner for current and future project and account work.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to bring DEPT®’s positioning to life through case studies, PR, thought leadership, and other marketing materials.
  • Lead strategic workstreams within pitches and articulate the value of core solutions.
  • Support selling across branding, experience design, campaign strategy and execution, media management, data solutions, ecommerce, AI transformation, product innovation, development, and systems integration.
  • Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience selling agency services across a range of industries and verticals.
  • Experience managing net-new pitch processes, including pitch timelines, briefings, win strategies, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, and engineering.
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop client solutions.
  • Ability to partner with clients to understand growth needs and recommend value-added solutions.
  • Experience building relationships with VP-level clients and business decision-makers.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions.
  • A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
