Description

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify prospective customers for New Markets.
  • Conduct at least 65 cold outbound calls per day to potential customers.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Maintain a KPI- and quota-driven pipeline with constant performance monitoring.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build the sales pipeline.
  • Identify prospect challenges and communicate how Resi can help.
  • Collaborate with a team of peers to hit targets and drive new opportunities.
  • Apply familiarity with social platforms and social selling to prospecting efforts.
  • Work within an ABM go-to-market approach when helpful.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience working New Markets/verticals across Education, Government, and Live Events is preferred.
  • Prior phone-based sales experience with a courteous, well-spoken, curious approach.
  • Ability to connect prospects' business needs to SaaS solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred.
  • Ability to work 8 AM-5 PM Central Time.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Allen, TX or remotely in an approved state: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, or VA.

  • $26.44/hour base pay plus $15,000 variable compensation for $70,000 OTE.
