Description

  • Develop and execute the regional strategy to expand Via’s footprint across France and Benelux.
  • Lead commercial teams to drive new business, renewals, expansions, and revenue growth.
  • Serve as an executive advisor to public transport authorities and private operators on mobility challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Expansion, and Marketing teams to tailor offerings and support growth.
  • Represent Via externally through industry engagement, public speaking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Research competitive market, product, and pricing trends and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships across the public sector, including navigating procurement, funding, and policy environments.
  • Align commercial execution with local market dynamics and government priorities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of overall experience.
  • Outstanding track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales or consulting, including strong public sector relationships.
  • Experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ employees.
  • Experience driving revenue growth in complex, regulated markets.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Dutch language skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking with commercial acumen and the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives, government officials, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 25-50%, across the region.
