Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of regulatory accounts, including DOIs and Medicaid agencies.
  • Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders and build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across each account.
  • Identify, pursue, and execute new business and account expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Track account activity, contacts, and growth opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Establish credibility with regulators through knowledge of network adequacy requirements, regulatory workflows, and provider network business needs.
  • Deliver and iterate on regulatory filing templates, reporting packages, and insights.
  • Standardize account approaches and partner internally to improve and scale solutions, including AI-enabled enhancements.
  • Support proposals, contracting, renewals, and overall account strategy alignment.
  • Develop and maintain account plans, prioritize accounts by growth potential and strategic importance, and execute engagement goals.
  • Represent Quest Analytics at industry conferences, meetings, and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, regulatory affairs, or work with a state regulatory agency.
  • Strong understanding of state health plan regulations, Medicaid, and the healthcare regulatory environment.
  • Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical workflows, templates, or reporting solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing business relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex issues and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience working at a commercial SaaS company is a plus.
  • Preferred experience working directly with state and/or federal regulators.
  • Preferred experience navigating complex regulatory environments and advocating for process automation and technology adoption.
  • Preferred experience leveraging data analytics to deliver measurable value and regulatory effectiveness.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
