Description

  • Scope custom technical and consulting projects for clients.
  • Build custom solutions and define platform architecture for customer implementations.
  • Coordinate with Technical Services, Sales, Product, Development, and Customer Success teams.
  • Translate client use cases and requirements into platform setup, configuration, and technical solution specifications.
  • Support and manage the full implementation lifecycle from sales turnover and kickoff through handover to support.
  • Facilitate integrations including flat files, APIs, Workato, data lakes, and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance during client projects.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve delivery and reduce manual work.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and knowledge base content.
  • Deliver platform audits and contribute to new services for the Professional Services catalog.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical partnerships, integrations, developer relations, or a similar external stakeholder-facing technical role.
  • Customer-facing experience preferred, such as Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and REST integrations.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies.
  • Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to adapt communication for both highly technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organized, structured, analytical, and independent working style in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies is a plus.
