Description

  • Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations from discovery and design through configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client projects while tracking timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including progress tracking, risk identification, and dependency management.
  • Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and solution discussions to clarify needs, workflows, and success criteria.
  • Guide clients through solution design and configuration decisions aligned with best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and system readiness before launch by coordinating internal resources and quality checks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client project teams and stakeholders.
  • Set expectations, provide status updates, and lead client meetings and presentations.
  • Document processes, requirements, use cases, and configuration specifications.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Client Success to support handoff, feedback loops, and implementation improvements.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, consulting, or a related role.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience working with colleges, universities, or the education sector is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, timelines, issue tracking, and risk management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to simplify complex requirements.
  • Ability to understand and contribute to solution design discussions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Familiarity with agile environments and collaboration with product or engineering teams is a plus.
