Description

  • Qualify and convert MQLs across Mid-Market accounts to generate pipeline for the sales team.
  • Source new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting to expand reach and impact.
  • Qualify inbound demo requests and create SQLs and opportunities for account executives.
  • Learn and apply the company’s pitch, qualification methodology, cold call framework, and personalized email approach.
  • Use sales tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and CRM software to manage outreach and pipeline activity.
  • Send strategic, value-add emails and social messages to prospects.
  • Bring new lead generation ideas to weekly team meetings.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for demos, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 months of experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR or SDR.
  • Experience using a CRM, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience using sales engagement software, with SalesLoft preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for client and team meetings, including up to 5% annual travel.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to at least one trade show per year.
  • Enthusiasm for working in 360Learning’s Convexity culture.
