Description

  • Identify and win new business from existing customers and new prospects across healthcare systems.
  • Leverage established customer relationships to expand accounts and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and networking.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
  • Sell complex solutions and engage senior stakeholders in healthcare environments.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and manage service solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and scaling of an emerging healthcare service line.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a hunter-style business development role.
  • Proven track record of winning new business.
  • Experience expanding existing accounts while generating new opportunities.
  • Ability to sell complex solutions in commercial environments.
  • Comfort working in a build-phase, high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter with a driven, resilient, results-focused approach.
  • Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 40–50% across the US.
  • Experience with healthcare systems or healthcare solutions is relevant.
  • Base salary of $125,395–$130,395 plus commission eligibility.
