Description

  • Make 300–400 outbound calls per day to cancelled or lost customers.
  • Re-engage prospects and identify opportunities to bring them back into the pipeline.
  • Handle objections and reposition the value of the company’s services.
  • Record call activity and outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver qualified opportunities.
  • Identify decision makers and coordinate high-level meetings.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, or similar roles.
  • Experience in high-ticket sales or fast-growth digital brands.
  • C1-level English with clear, persuasive communication and a neutral accent.
  • Ability to identify decision makers and coordinate executive-level meetings.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional work setup.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday within the 8:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. PST window.
  • This role is for candidates based in Latin America (remote).
  • Experience in customer service roles is not considered equivalent (not CSR).
