Description

  • Own and exceed ARR targets across enterprise opportunities valued at $200K–$1M+ ACV and 6–12+ month sales cycles.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales campaigns with executive buyers, technical evaluators, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct consultative discovery into billing, revenue recognition, and financial operations challenges.
  • Build ROI-driven business cases for CFOs, finance leaders, procurement teams, and executives.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including solution validation, security reviews, procurement, legal negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Partner with Solution Consultants on tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Apply MEDDPICC or a comparable methodology to qualify opportunities and drive deal strategy.
  • Develop account plans covering stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and pipeline planning.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of success exceeding $1M+ net-new ARR quotas in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience managing 6–12+ month enterprise sales cycles involving $200K–$1M+ ACV opportunities.
  • Experience selling to the Office of the CFO, preferably in billing, subscription management, revenue recognition, payments, ERP, or financial operations.
  • Demonstrated success engaging CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, and Revenue Operations leaders.
  • Expertise with MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.
  • Experience navigating procurement, RFPs, security reviews, and legal negotiations.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
  • Understanding of billing, subscription management, revenue recognition, or financial operations technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and other enterprise sales tools; willingness to travel for customer and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $130,000–$170,000 plus incentive compensation targeted at base salary and equity.
