Description

  • Build and operationalize call coaching frameworks, including scorecards and call reviews, to improve pipeline quality and sales performance.
  • Review call recordings and deliver actionable insights to frontline managers.
  • Support outbound play design, sales cadences, reporting, and cadence performance analysis to improve conversion and meeting quality.
  • Execute sales enablement programs such as onboarding, sales plays, product learning, and ongoing training.
  • Create and maintain a centralized sales knowledge base as the single source of truth for processes, messaging, and best practices.
  • Leverage sales technology and data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Build and manage call libraries and conduct A/B testing to improve sales processes.
  • Partner with sales leadership on initiatives and programs that improve team effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
  • Provide day-to-day support to reps by triaging needs, offering guidance, and directing them to the right stakeholders or resources.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a high-growth, performance-driven environment and interest in building from scratch.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and holding others accountable.
  • Familiarity with Salesloft and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Guru, Highspot, or Notion is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial technology or wealth management industry is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and unable to require work visa sponsorship.
  • Must be located in a CST or EST timezone.

Benefits

  • Remote U.S. position.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Competitive salary of $95,000 - $105,000 per year.
  • Interview process includes a recruiter call and up to three additional interviews with the team.
  • Final offer is pending references.
