Description

  • Manage and coach a small sales enablement team of 2-3 direct reports and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead deal reviews, live call reviews, and skill clinics focused on discovery, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Embed MEDDPICC across the customer lifecycle, from AE qualification through CSM health scoring.
  • Design and implement AI and automation strategies to improve enablement efficiency, content development, and learner engagement.
  • Build and operationalize enablement programs that support the full customer journey and create a unified value language.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate launches and competitive intelligence into sales plays, discovery questions, and objection-handling scripts.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to develop modern learning paths and training assets.
  • Partner with content teams to maintain an up-to-date sales asset management library aligned to market conditions and product capabilities.
  • Use performance data to identify funnel gaps and improve win rates and net retention.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in Commercial or Enterprise environments.
  • Proven history of carrying quota as a frontline sales professional such as an AE, AM, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Management.
  • Experience managing programs across the full sales-to-success lifecycle, including AE, AM, and CSM.
  • Expert-level facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate senior sellers.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or coaching MEDDPICC in a live sales environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and LMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical ability to use performance data to diagnose funnel gaps and improve outcomes.
  • Experience winning and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Nice-to-have experience in IT, security, identity, or device management markets.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling frameworks.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles such as ADDIE or SAM.
