Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of global enablement and continuous learning programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Diagnose sales performance gaps and design targeted pipeline interventions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior sales leadership on enablement best practices, trends, and technology.
  • Build engaging learning content such as e-learning modules, workshops, playbooks, and job aids in partnership with the learning product development team.
  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for new hire onboarding, ongoing skills development, product launches, and professional development workshops.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to align enablement programs with broader business initiatives.
  • Prepare leaders to support their teams before, during, and after training events.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure enablement effectiveness and inform program improvements.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously refine and optimize programs.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to support training events and team meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an enablement, learning and development, or training role within a SaaS software company.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a SaaS or AI company.
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and delivering successful enablement programs for a global revenue audience.
  • Strong understanding of revenue best practices, including MEDDPICC, commercial sales methodologies, and tools such as Salesforce and Clari.
  • Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or category management is a plus.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and enablement tools such as Highspot.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
