Description

  • Follow up with inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and content.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect business challenges and cloud needs.
  • Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives.
  • Maintain high inbound conversion rates and strong speed-to-lead SLA performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems.
  • Keep data hygiene clean while becoming highly proficient with the team’s tooling.
  • Staff event booths when required and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or MDR role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts; cloud, DevOps, and FinOps knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-starter mindset with a drive to hit and exceed expectations.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus, and cloud practitioner certification is a huge plus.
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns or lead follow-up is a plus.
