Description

  • Define use cases, product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and customer profiles for the XTM portfolio.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new SaaS products aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to build awareness, drive demand, and acquire customers.
  • Create sales enablement tools and training, including product demos, sales training, reference architectures, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as product sheets, case studies, whitepapers, and other sales-support materials.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to drive pipeline for the sales organisation.
  • Partner with product management, design, and content teams to support end-to-end scenarios and product launches.
  • Represent XTM in thought leadership settings such as speaking engagements, customer conferences, and partner presentations.
  • Deliver product training and host internal and external thought leadership sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management at an enterprise-focused software or SaaS company, preferably in a growth-stage environment.
  • Partner marketing experience is desired but not essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and messaging skills.
  • Proven experience marketing to highly technical audiences.
  • Experience taking a product from conceptualization through launch in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritisation, problem-solving, and independent execution skills.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • People management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, including sending emails.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Some travel is required, including approximately monthly travel into London for team meetings.
