Description

  • Own the full commercial marketing function, including brand, positioning, demand generation, PR, events, customer retention, and team leadership.
  • Develop credible positioning and messaging for psychiatrists, practice managers, and healthcare operators.
  • Launch new products, features, and services with clear target profiles, use cases, proof points, and GTM collateral.
  • Build sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, ROI narratives, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.
  • Own growth and demand generation strategy, execution, and performance across online and offline channels.
  • Manage campaign calendars aligned to launches, ICP segments, and sales priorities, and report ROI by channel and campaign.
  • Own content strategy, including the editorial calendar, thought-leadership program, and cross-channel product narratives.
  • Build and manage PR and media relations, including external narrative and founder thought leadership.
  • Own conferences and events, including booth strategy, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Lead customer experience and retention efforts, including onboarding, community health, and customer success narratives.
  • Own brand voice, visual identity standards, competitive intelligence, website content, landing page optimization, and funnel performance tracking.
  • Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Manager and grow the marketing team as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS, with experience positioning and launching products for enterprise or business buyers.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report.
  • Experience owning demand generation or campaign-led growth programs that generate pipeline.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and executionally.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, funnel drop-off, and ROI by channel.
  • Experience running or contributing to PR and media relations.
  • Experience with conference and event marketing, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience marketing to US healthcare buyers such as providers, practices, or health systems.
  • Excellent writing skills, with a writing sample required as part of the application.
  • Willingness to work US-overlap hours, including IST evenings, and communicate fluently with American healthcare professionals.
  • Strong command of English for briefs, positioning documents, campaign plans, and async communication.
  • Experience in behavioral health or mental health, preferred.
  • Experience marketing AI or technology products to clinical audiences, preferred.
  • Experience building a marketing function from scratch or near-scratch at an early-stage company, preferred.
  • Experience with community marketing or customer-retention programs, preferred.
  • Familiarity with psychiatric or behavioral-health clinical context, preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms, preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA and clinical accuracy standards, preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns including content, email, paid, and events, preferred.
  • Basic design skills with tools like Canva or Figma, nice to have.
  • SEO and content marketing experience, nice to have.
  • Video content and webinars experience, nice to have.
  • Prior startup experience at Series A or earlier, nice to have.
  • Availability for 4–8 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific time (9am–5pm PT).
