Description

  • Design and optimize CRM infrastructure for revenue operations.
  • Build revenue dashboards and KPI tracking systems with clear pipeline visibility.
  • Create follow-up and lead nurturing systems across service lines.
  • Establish operating rhythms and reporting processes for revenue generation activities.
  • Build and operate a speaking opportunity sourcing engine.
  • Systematize speaking opportunity application, tracking, and outreach workflows.
  • Implement follow-up automation and CRM integrations for event organizers and speaker bureaus.
  • Build workflows using AI tools and automation platforms to eliminate repetitive manual work.
  • Document SOPs and processes to ensure sustainability and consistency.
  • Support Phase 2 pipeline expansion into workshops, executive advisory, and broader operational leverage initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Growth Operations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Go High Level, or similar.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for workflow design and automation.
  • Experience building dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
  • Experience designing outbound prospecting and lead generation systems.
  • Strong process design and documentation skills.
  • Professional-level English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
  • Experience with Claude Code, Claude Co-Work, or similar AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
  • Startup or founder-support experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting advisors, consultants, or professional services businesses is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Experience building AI-first operating systems is preferred.
