Description

  • Own relationships with partners at the regional level.
  • Drive the regional partnering strategy to achieve pipeline generation, enablement, and business objectives.
  • Partner with global channel and regional sales and technical teams to build a joint business plan.
  • Lead internal enablement on partner go-to-market motions and value proposition for the region.
  • Develop and execute business plans with named partner accounts.
  • Drive account mapping activities with partner sellers and Wiz sellers.
  • Support regional and channel team meetings with performance and progress updates.
  • Share partnering best practices with Wiz sellers and specialist teams.
  • Influence partners’ cloud strategy on targeted accounts.
  • Serve as the main contact for partner support during the sales cycle.
  • Own escalations and resolve partner-related challenges.
  • Manage partner applications, reseller agreements, deal registration, private offers, and related administration.
  • Coordinate with Wiz Legal, Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Partner Operations on regional partner activities.
  • Manage available budgets, including spiff promotions and execution.
  • Handle forecasting, weekly reporting, and deal management for partner opportunities.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
  • Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
  • SaaS channel experience.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Cloud service provider marketplace experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Channel leadership experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Experience managing partner-related deal processes and negotiations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with partner operations tools and workflows such as Workspan and Salesforce is preferred.
