Description

  • Own partner onboarding engagements end-to-end from kickoff through activation milestones and time-to-first-value.
  • Drive adoption, usage penetration, and assessment consumption growth across the partner portfolio.
  • Orchestrate structured proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable partner and customer value.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and leading indicators for partner health, adoption, and risk.
  • Embed AI tools and automation into onboarding and activation workflows to improve scalability.
  • Develop reusable demo frameworks, value narratives, and enablement materials for partner sales teams.
  • Coordinate integration validation work, including SSO, API, and content mapping, with Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Enablement, Sales, Operations, and the VP of Partnerships to improve activation outcomes.
  • Support standardized playbooks, tailored product demonstrations, and cross-functional feedback loops to improve execution.
  • Contribute to expansion strategy and partner-led revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience with learning technology ecosystems such as LMS, LXP, HRIS, talent marketplaces, or enterprise learning stacks.
  • Experience leading product demonstrations and structured proof-of-concepts with clear business outcomes.
  • Talent analytics fluency, including the ability to interpret usage, activation, and assessment consumption metrics.
  • Ability to communicate complex AI and assessment concepts clearly at the executive level.
  • Strong systems thinking and an outcome-oriented approach focused on measurable impact.
  • Comfort working in an AI-first environment where automation and experimentation are part of daily work.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent to improve productivity, insight generation, or decision-making.
  • Partner sales enablement and scalable solutioning experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of skill assessment and measurement, including credentialing and workforce measurement methodologies, is preferred; psychometrics background is a plus.
