Description

  • Lead and scale a high-performing global team managing Stripe’s network partnerships.
  • Develop and socialize long-term partnership strategies across leadership, GTM, and product teams.
  • Translate multi-year strategy into pragmatic execution plans and oversee joint initiatives.
  • Establish strong operating processes for partner management, deal management, milestone tracking, and KPI oversight.
  • Drive cross-functional change management across risk, compliance, product, engineering, treasury, GTM, and regional teams.
  • Navigate complex regional and market-specific nuances across geographies.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events and build relationships with senior external stakeholders.
  • Champion Stripe’s value proposition with critical network partners and across global markets.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, or a related field.
  • Significant senior executive leadership experience managing a global scope.
  • 10+ years of deep domain experience in payments or card networks globally.
  • Expert-level understanding of regional network economics, cross-border complexities, and alternative payment methods.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and inspiring distributed global teams.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with GTM teams to support revenue growth, merchant adoption, and commercial success.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with experience closing highly complex, multi-region commercial deals.
  • Experience working in product-centric environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and align C-suite and leadership team stakeholders internally and externally.
