Description

  • Hire, train, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Manage day-to-day BDR operations, analytics, and strategy.
  • Build and inspire pipeline generation efforts across the team.
  • Coach reps on inbound and outbound prospecting strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Field Marketing to drive leads in a territory.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support pipeline development in their territories.
  • Analyze quarterly targets and forecast pipeline creation using BDR motion and conversion metrics.
  • Support a customer-facing, qualifying, and closing-focused sales motion.
  • Help scale a high-performing team through effective leadership and development.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Experience managing a team of 4-8 Business Development Representatives.
  • Experience calling into or selling to IT organizations.
  • Experience hiring and scaling a team.
  • A consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, and Outreach or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role with strong qualifying and closing skills.
  • Ability to work legally in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or a strong interest in learning the cybersecurity landscape (preferred).
