Description

  • Observe live and recorded sales calls to identify where deals are being lost.
  • Rewrite underperforming sales copy, scripts, and sequences and validate the improved versions.
  • Design and run A/B tests for emails, call openers, demo pitches, and personalized video tactics.
  • Build and refine outbound cadences so follow-up happens at the right time, on the right channel, with the right message.
  • Coach reps one-on-one on real calls and develop the market-specific objection-handling playbook.
  • Create a video training series and self-serve learning modules with assessments for new and existing reps.
  • Move from diagnosis to a usable fix quickly and get changes into reps’ hands immediately.

Requirements

  • Personal experience selling and closing deals, ideally in outbound high-volume B2B, with the ability to show results.
  • Ability to write sales copy that converts and explain why it works.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and producing clean training videos without a production team.
  • Ability to structure A/B tests, interpret results honestly, and make decisions based on performance.
  • Strong coaching skills that improve reps’ performance without demoralizing them.
  • Ability to work quickly and turn a diagnosis into a usable fix in hours, not weeks.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably HubSpot, and a sales sequencing tool.
  • Preferred experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services.
  • Preferred experience with Pipedrive or CRM automations.
  • Preferred experience with video editing tools.
  • Preferred familiarity with sequencing tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, or Smartlead.
  • Preferred experience creating sales enablement assets such as playbooks, battle cards, or certification programs.
