Description

  • Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the BDR organization.
  • Develop and execute global enablement programs covering sales methodology, sales process, and product launches.
  • Own and improve the BDR onboarding program, including content creation, SME management, reporting, and facilitation.
  • Own and improve the BDR-to-AE advancement program to prepare promotion-ready BDRs for AE roles.
  • Design a comprehensive approach to in-seat BDR skill development from hire through promotion and beyond.
  • Conduct needs and gap analyses using enablement councils, 1:1 meetings, surveys, and other data sources.
  • Coach front-line managers and BDRs on prospecting best practices.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to create content for BDR customer and prospect conversations.
  • Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews and report on prior-quarter results.
  • Measure enablement success metrics, draw insights from data, and present updates to Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, preferably selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise prospects.
  • Strong project and program management skills and experience.
  • Experience designing engaging workshops and facilitation.
  • Comfort and confidence working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent proactive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively across levels.
  • Ability to set strategic direction by translating needs into a clear, global strategy.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to influence change using analysis.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
  • Default to using AI, with tangible examples of how it has improved productivity.
  • Will require up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $152,000 to $228,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
