Description

  • Manage lead enrichment workflows, including data management and system analysis.
  • Oversee HubSpot CRM administration, including lead assignment and reassignment support for the sales team.
  • Research lead information using Apollo and LinkedIn to improve record completeness.
  • Monitor data quality, deduplicate records, and resolve CRM inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics for sales and marketing.
  • Integrate sales tools such as RingCentral to keep reporting accurate and in sync.
  • Scrub and validate new leads to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HubSpot workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis requests, task creation for BDRs, and lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve communication and data handoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales.
  • At least 6 months of CRM experience.
  • 1-2 years of client success experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of end-to-end sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in data management, system analysis, CRM management, and lead enrichment.
  • Experience with data quality assurance, including crawling and scrubbing leads for accuracy.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for gathering and interpreting information.
  • Administrative skills for handling tasks such as meeting scheduling and email management.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to train new team members and provide ongoing guidance.
  • Ability to work with sales, operations, marketing, success, and development teams.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and can function during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone.
