Description

  • Sit in on live and recorded sales calls to identify where deals are being lost.
  • Rewrite sales copy, scripts, and sequences that are underperforming and validate the new versions.
  • A/B test sales emails, call openers, demo pitches, and personalized video tactics to determine what converts best.
  • Build and refine outbound cadences so reps follow up with the right message on the right channel at the right time.
  • Coach sales reps one-on-one on real calls and develop an objection-handling playbook for the market.
  • Create video training series and self-serve learning modules with assessments to help new and existing reps ramp and improve.
  • Diagnose issues quickly, build fixes, and get them into reps' hands immediately.
  • Intervene in sales process problems based on call analysis and performance patterns.

Requirements

  • Personal experience selling and closing deals, ideally in outbound high-volume B2B sales, with the ability to show results.
  • Ability to write sales copy that converts and explain why it works.
  • Comfort appearing on camera and producing clean training videos without a production team.
  • Ability to structure A/B tests, interpret results honestly, and make decisions based on the findings.
  • Strong coaching ability that improves reps without discouraging them.
  • Ability to move quickly from diagnosis to a usable fix within hours, not weeks.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably HubSpot, and a sales sequencing tool.
  • Nice to have: experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services.
  • Nice to have: experience with Pipedrive or CRM automations, video editing, and sequencing tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, or Smartlead.
  • Nice to have: prior sales enablement assets such as playbooks, battle cards, or certification programs.
