Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities and serve as the first point of contact for prospects.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals and business model and clearly communicate Wing’s value proposition.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos and ensure smooth handoffs into opportunities and closed-won deals.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify fit, pain points, and timing and map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
  • Collect key prospect data from conversations, web research, and other sources and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape and share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience in SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Confidence communicating value over the phone and in writing, including cold calls and personalized emails.
  • A reliable home office setup and self-discipline to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Ability to handle high volume and complete 50+ touches per day without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong CRM discipline with clean data, updated stages, and useful notes for AEs.
  • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn from metrics, conversion rates, and rejection.
  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services is a plus.
  • A 4-year degree is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work fully remote in Pacific Time or Eastern Time is required.

  • Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year plus on-target earnings of about $20,000 uncapped.
