Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities and serve as the first point of contact for prospects.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals and business model and clearly communicate Wing’s value proposition.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos and ensure smooth handoffs into opportunities and closed-won deals.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, pain points, timing, and stakeholder maps across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
  • Research prospects using the web and other sources and maintain clean, accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
  • Stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape and share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience in an SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar role.
  • Confidence communicating value clearly on the phone and in writing.
  • Reliable home or remote work setup with the self-discipline to work independently.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach, including 50+ touches per day, without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong CRM discipline, including accurate data entry, stage updates, and useful notes for Account Executives.
  • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn from performance metrics and rejection.
  • Ability to track numbers, conversion rates, and outreach performance to improve results.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • $40,000 to $50,000 annual base salary.
  • On-target earnings of about $20,000 with uncapped upside.
