Description

  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Schedule meetings with school districts in your territory using outbound outreach such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and provide a strong first experience with Branching Minds and its products.
  • Develop an account-based prospecting strategy by researching target accounts, identifying key players, and creating targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with your territory team and cross-functional partners on sales and marketing strategies to build quality pipeline.
  • Partner with the Sales Development Manager to create personalized campaigns and cadences aligned to territory strategy.
  • Attend territory conferences, meetings, and related events, with about 10% travel.

Requirements

  • General understanding of sales and pipeline-building processes.
  • Experience in EdTech, education, or related industries.
  • Strong drafting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Humility and empathy for the challenges prospects face.
  • Excitement for Branching Minds’ mission and RTI/MTSS focus.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding outbound KPI goals (preferred).
  • Experience working with K12 schools and knowledge of RTI/MTSS best practices (preferred).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Experience working in a distributed team using Slack and Zoom (preferred).
