Description

Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Wing.
Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals, business model, and needs.
Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
Conduct discovery to assess fit, pain, timing, and stakeholder alignment.
Gather and maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM.
Share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve messaging and cadences.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience in SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar roles.
Confidence communicating value over the phone and in writing.
Reliable home/remote work setup with the self-discipline to work independently.
Ability to handle high volume and complete 50+ touches per day without sacrificing quality.
Strong CRM discipline, including clean data, updated stages, and useful notes.
Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to track personal numbers and conversion rates and use rejection as feedback.
Experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services is nice to have.
4-year degree preferred but not required.
Availability to work remotely in Pacific Time or Eastern Time.

Benefits

$40,000–$50,000 base salary per year.
On-target earnings of about $20,000, with commission uncapped.
