Description

  • Proactively engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels to generate interest and gather intelligence.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, online research, and internal databases and tools.
  • Collect and analyze competitive intelligence, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Use Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track activity, document insights, and prioritize outreach.
  • Capture actionable insights from conversations and document findings that support pipeline growth.
  • Own a geographic territory or market segment and drive intelligence and pre-sales activity in that region.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve lead quality and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage prospects and support thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, inside sales, or market research; internships considered.
  • Business aviation experience or a strong interest in business aviation is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and strong phone presence.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, plus Microsoft Excel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with lead generation tools and digital outreach platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Curious and persistent in pursuing actionable information and opportunities.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $70,000 to $80,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive bonus plan, or other additional compensation.
