Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to move deals through the sales cycle by confirming meetings, following up on action items, and supporting smoother handoffs.
  • Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after demos to answer prospect questions and maintain deal momentum.
  • Rebook missed demos by re-engaging prospects who did not attend and getting them back on the calendar.
  • Follow up with inbound leads from the website and marketing campaigns to convert interest into conversations.
  • Reconnect with old leads in the CRM and restart conversations with previously interested prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed off smoothly.
  • Keep the CRM organized and up to date with calls, emails, and notes.
  • Handle objections and persuasive follow-ups as part of ongoing sales outreach.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
  • Prior experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM tool.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • High-energy, ambitious, and competitive attitude in a results-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Interest in growing into an Account Executive role.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to work in a high-performance culture with high standards.
