Description

  • Identify partnership and business development opportunities that support business goals.
  • Establish and maintain local partnerships across the Canadian market.
  • Gather input from business areas to identify partner-led opportunities that advance company goals.
  • Coordinate partnerships and business development activities across all business functions.
  • Evaluate the financial and strategic value of potential partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners and collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage and engage the existing partner ecosystem in the market.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure alignment with budgets and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external executive stakeholders.
  • Experience maintaining engagement across an existing partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop growth strategies focused on both financial gain and product development.
  • Deep business acumen with the ability to conduct market research and anticipate product and business needs.
  • Prior experience in Consulting, Marketing, Finance, or Business Development roles (preferred).
  • Ability to influence internal executive stakeholders and build long-term external partner relationships (preferred).
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop proposals and solutions proactively (preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills (preferred).
  • Ability to work in both official languages is considered a nice to have.
  • Ability to localize a global go-to-market template for the Canadian market (preferred).
  • Must live in an eligible Canadian province: Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, or Saskatchewan.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay range of $134,000 to $167,000 CAD.
  • May be eligible for bonus compensation.
  • May be eligible for equity.
  • Includes benefits coverage.
  • May be eligible for Employee Travel Credits.
  • Canada remote-eligible role with occasional office or offsite attendance as needed.
