Description

  • Act as a partner to the Account Executive by confirming meetings, following up on action items, and smoothing deal handoffs.
  • Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after demos to answer prospect questions and maintain deal momentum.
  • Rebook missed demos by re-engaging no-show prospects and getting them back on the calendar.
  • Follow up with inbound leads from the website or marketing campaigns and turn interest into conversations.
  • Reconnect with older CRM leads to restart conversations with previously interested prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed off smoothly.
  • Keep the CRM organized and up to date with calls, emails, and notes.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, calls, and social media as part of multi-channel outreach.
  • Monitor responses, handle objections, and schedule prep calls and recording sessions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and video teams to manage release forms and content distribution.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
  • Prior experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM tool is required.
  • Experience in the plastic surgery or Botox field is preferred.
  • English/Spanish bilingual communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule from 7am to 4pm PST.
  • Comfort using a screen monitoring time tracker with random screenshots.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • High-energy, ambitious, and competitive attitude in a results-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
  • Fast learning ability and adaptability in a high-paced setting.
