Description

  • Lead the net-new pitch process, including pitch timelines, briefing documents, win strategies, and proposal content.
  • Own detailed responses for pitches, RFIs, and procurement processes while coordinating with legal and finance teams.
  • Improve the business development process through better qualification strategy, win strategy, pitch casting, and best practices.
  • Develop executive-level client relationships that position DEPT® as a strategic partner for future work.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to bring DEPT®’s positioning to life through case studies, PR, thought leadership, and other materials.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to drive revenue growth across technology and marketing services.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that showcase DEPT®’s capabilities across multiple industries and verticals.
  • Partner with clients to understand growth needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Work across cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop solutions for client needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience selling agency services across multiple industries and verticals, especially digital transformation and e-commerce.
  • Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, and engineering.
  • Experience building relationships with C-suite executives, including CTOs, CMOs, and CIOs.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions.
  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
