Description

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track leads in a CRM system.
  • Nurture prospects through consistent communication to convert leads into sales.
  • Update lead statuses and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Use assigned communication and dialing tools to support outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare sales industry.
  • Experience in healthcare lead generation or sales development is required.
  • Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical or dental field.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound email outreach to potential customers.
  • Experience managing a CRM system.
  • Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Must have a working webcam.
  • Must have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Must have a main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Must have a backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Ability to work 8:00am to 6:00pm EST, 40 hours per week.
