Description

  • Set meetings through outbound prospecting using automated and manually driven campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline targets.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to improve pipeline quality.
  • Identify and reach decision-makers to help build and refine the outbound motion.
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Own the outbound process end to end, from account research to booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Work with leadership to refine messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly to technical buyers and stay current on product and service updates.
  • Support internal relationships with sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams.
  • Some travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, preferably selling to technical buyers such as engineers, developers, DevOps, and data teams.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS B2B cloud products or services.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and campaigns with various tools in an evolving environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work through challenges with grit.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while staying highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud or technical product selling is preferred.
