Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition and assess prospect fit.
  • Support Account Executives as needed throughout the sales process.
  • Educate and develop prospects before handing them off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects from a variety of external sources.
  • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and surface business requirements to initiate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools, with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus considered a plus.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus strong listening skills and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while staying resilient through criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starting mindset, and ability to bring new ideas to the team.
  • Highly self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in Korean.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed for the role.
