Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead generation through contract close.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer workflows, challenges, and content needs.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations for use cases such as sales enablement, customer education, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM systems with accurate forecasting and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Marketing, and Product teams to improve conversion rates and refine messaging.
  • Negotiate pricing, contractual agreements, and commercial terms with prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Engage with US-based prospects and customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong customer empathy and relationship-building skills with mid-market and large enterprise clients.
  • Experience handling enterprise procurement, vendor onboarding, contracting, and commercial negotiations.
  • Consultative selling experience, including objection handling and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and negotiations.
  • Direct experience selling to US-based customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience selling AI solutions, productivity tools, or horizontal SaaS offerings is preferred.
  • An AI-first approach using AI tools for prospect research, follow-ups, and CRM updates is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-threaded enterprise sales strategies is preferred.
  • Min Experience: 3 years.

Benefits

  • Salary range: Rs 30,00,000 to Rs 45,00,000 per year (INR 30-45 LPA).
  • Remote work location within India.
  • Full-time role.
