Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow new business.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Manage a consultative sales process from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and executive decision-makers.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and advance deals to close.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to support revenue goals.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets and quota expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Enterprise sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven closing ability.
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following markets preferred: CRM software, HR technology, FinTech solutions, cybersecurity, AI platforms, healthcare technology, ERP systems, or revenue operations software.
  • Hunter mentality, executive presence, strong business acumen, high urgency, competitive drive, and consultative selling skills are common traits of top performers.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $140,000 to $185,000.
  • On-target earnings of $275,000 to $350,000+.
