Description

  • Support execution of strategic sales plans across priority health systems and strategic accounts.
  • Help achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through account management and opportunity development.
  • Drive territory and account plans by following up on leads, proposals, and tender processes.
  • Coordinate support from clinical, marketing, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
  • Support expansion of existing strategic accounts and development of emerging accounts within assigned regions.
  • Serve as a liaison for assigned accounts, supporting contract execution, implementation activities, and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Monitor assigned markets and accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback through field engagement and share insights with leadership.
  • Maintain CRM records, support forecasting and sales reporting, and monitor KPIs.
  • Partner with marketing, medical, and clinical education teams on messaging, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Support sales enablement materials, product demonstrations, surgeon engagement activities, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare technology, or strategic account management.
  • Experience with capital equipment sales, surgical robotics, or complex medical technologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
  • Proven ability to support complex sales cycles and engage multiple healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage planning/execution well.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex medical technologies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the United States and internationally as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Location near a major airport.
