Description

  • Qualify inbound leads by engaging, scoring, and routing prospects to account executives quickly and accurately.
  • Own outbound prospecting by identifying, researching, and contacting target accounts across key Indonesia verticals.
  • Run group demos for prospect cohorts and clearly communicate Wati’s value proposition.
  • Maintain and improve outbound systems, including sequences, CRM hygiene, and messaging tests.
  • Share performance insights on what is working and what is not to improve pipeline quality.
  • Collaborate with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities with full context.
  • Track and achieve weekly activity targets, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline contribution goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of hitting outbound or pipeline targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft effective cold outreach and deliver engaging demos.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or Cantonese is a bonus, especially for cross-market collaboration.
