Description

  • Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partner organizations as the primary liaison between them and Visit.org.
  • Provide general and tailored support to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to co-design and co-build social impact experiences with strong quality and social impact outcomes.
  • Incorporate feedback to continuously improve partner experiences and offerings.
  • Onboard prospective partner nonprofits and social ventures.
  • Support the recruitment team as needed.
  • Facilitate nonprofit preparedness through onboarding, training, and communications support.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, the proprietary platform, and other technology tools.
  • Use data and technology tools to improve recruitment and partnership-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on experience delivery, training, payments, and other operational tasks.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of partner organizations, experiences, and offerings in the assigned region or portfolio.
  • Identify key metrics, KPIs, and scalable processes, and support the implementation of new systems for efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, social impact space, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role focused on relationship building and retention.
  • Understanding of the unique needs of nonprofits and a strong passion for the mission.
  • Experience building relationships, preferably with nonprofits.
  • Comfort working with data; Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding startup environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute on a collaborative team.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Based in China and available 50-70% during standard local business hours with Europe and 9am-12pm EST Tuesday through Thursday for key meetings.
