Description

  • Partner with Global Alliance Managers to localize alliance strategies, identify target accounts, and execute sales plays.
  • Lead the co-sell motion from opportunity creation through close with Regional Partner Managers and Field Sales teams.
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, track KPIs, and forecast accurately against a direct sales quota.
  • Build trusted relationships across the GSI ecosystem and lead local partner enablement sessions.
  • Plan and execute partner- and customer-facing field marketing events across the West Coast.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, alliances, and services teams to align go-to-market execution.
  • Drive Wiz revenue and help position Wiz as the preferred cloud security partner for GSIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a selling or alliance management role focused on GSIs.
  • Demonstrated history of quota overachievement.
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in SaaS or early-growth technology environments is highly preferred.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Regular travel up and down the coast is required.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • US base salary range of $199,800 to $238,200.
