Description

  • Build and maintain a structured executive cadence with C-level and VP-level partner contacts and Rubrik senior leaders.
  • Own the national partner strategy across all 9 accounts, including joint business plans, GTM priorities, and enablement roadmaps.
  • Identify white space and expansion opportunities within the partner portfolio and drive execution against them.
  • Track, analyze, and report key partner metrics and present results to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Own the team’s pipeline generation and partner-sourced new logo and expansion growth outcomes.
  • Engage at the account level to accelerate strategic deals, remove blockers, and close gaps between Rubrik and partner teams.
  • Lead and develop a sizable team of National Partner Managers, setting expectations for performance and growth.
  • Define and enforce the team operating rhythm, including weekly deal reviews, pipeline calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly QBRs.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, SE leadership, product, and channel teams to drive co-selling, enablement, and joint campaigns.
  • Activate the broader alliances ecosystem, including ISVs, GSIs, cloud hyperscalers, and technology partners, to expand Rubrik’s reach and sourcing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of channel, partner sales, or alliances experience at a high-growth enterprise technology company.
  • At least 4 years of senior leadership experience managing a team.
  • Demonstrated success building executive-level relationships with national or strategic reseller partners such as VARs, MSSPs, or national solution providers.
  • Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level leaders, running QBRs, and representing the business in senior forums.
  • Strong data fluency and the ability to use metrics to coach teams and tell a business story.
  • Experience building and executing joint business plans with measurable new logo and expansion revenue impact across a large partner portfolio.
  • Ability to influence channel SEs, marketing, sales, and executive leadership without direct authority.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% for executive-level engagements.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, data management, cloud infrastructure, or an adjacent high-growth SaaS sector preferred.
  • Existing executive relationships with top national partners such as CDW, SHI, Presidio, Trace3, or Ahead is a strong plus.
