Description

  • Manage overall account profitability and performance across assigned global accounts.
  • Coordinate client relationships across regions in alignment with Regional Account Directors.
  • Own HQ contracting and onboard new Regional Account Directors.
  • Develop mid- and long-term account strategies and refine upsell tactics to support revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute annual and quarterly account budgets.
  • Maintain existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities, including expansion into new divisions and clusters.
  • Lead customer meetings, present Viseven solutions, and gather and analyze high-level requirements.
  • Design a scalable onboarding process for strategic accounts and communicate with customer decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement workflow and process improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Drive internal change initiatives, support hiring and training efforts, and provide leadership for internal operational activities.
  • Support the service team in maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead high-level division projects and sales initiatives and interface with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • Pharma marketing background is a plus.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Demonstrated accountability for business goals such as account growth, profit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to sell major opportunities within accounts and build defensible account plans.
  • Experience negotiating effective agreements.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in B2B environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Creatio, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of pharma client ecosystem tools such as CRM/CLM platforms (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle), marketing automation tools (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign), DAM systems, and BI systems such as Power BI.
  • Good understanding of design creation tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English is required.
  • A second foreign language is an advantage.
  • A master’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
