Description

  • Own a book of high-value customer accounts totaling approximately $3M+ in ARR.
  • Lead account planning and deliver quarterly business reviews with clear success metrics.
  • Build and maintain strategic multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations.
  • Maintain a proactive customer engagement cadence across assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and influence internal roadmap decisions.
  • Forecast retention, expansion, and risk within the portfolio with accuracy.
  • Analyze product usage and customer data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Drive renewal and upsell execution, including contract structuring.
  • Provide market and customer insights to inform GTM evolution and segmentation strategy.
  • Contribute to customer stories, reference programs, pricing feedback loops, and account planning using AI tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales with quota-carrying or expansion responsibilities.
  • Experience with consumption-based or API-first SaaS models.
  • Proven success managing $3M+ ARR with strong retention and growth outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, value-based selling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Operational discipline with tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and account planning platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while influencing cross-functional outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Background in payments, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS is preferred.
  • Experience operating in hybrid customer models such as self-serve, mid-market, and enterprise is valued.
  • Experience in startup-to-growth SaaS environments and during high-growth scaling periods ($20M–$100M ARR) is valued.
  • Experience navigating evolving product offerings and pricing models is valued.
