Description

  • Lead and coach Team Leaders across the Spanish, UK, and French markets.
  • Manage retention and key account specialists supporting regional customer success efforts.
  • Develop and execute regional customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Own high-value customer lifecycle strategy and drive growth across Western Europe.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional management and international teams to align on customer success priorities.
  • Define and improve processes within the customer success and retention function.
  • Lead strategic customer success projects and contribute to talent recruitment.
  • Support the development of high-performing teams and help team members overcome challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing Team Leaders in a fast-paced Customer Success, retention, or Key Account Management environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and executing retention strategies that reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Experience managing Key Accounts or high-value customer lifecycles.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to monitor performance and analyse metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • An owner’s mindset with experience defining processes, leading strategic customer success projects, and participating in recruitment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • French language skills are a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry is a strong plus.
