Description

  • Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate products, market expansion opportunities, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Support annual strategic planning, long-range planning, and executive business reviews.
  • Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and Board discussions.
  • Monitor business performance against strategic objectives and identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic risks.
  • Build and run a repeatable marketplace program for evaluating, structuring, launching, selling, and supporting partner-based offerings.
  • Launch new partner-based offerings, including early messaging, sales motion, enablement, and customer targeting.
  • Support early customer conversations and use feedback to refine offers, messaging, and go-to-market models.
  • Manage partner relationships through initial growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead Veracode’s cross-functional Pricing Committee and govern pricing strategy, policy, discounting, exceptions, and implementation planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Business Analytics.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in a SaaS, cybersecurity, software, or technology company is preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics is preferred.
  • Experience with pricing strategy, monetization, or revenue optimization initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Exposure to market research, competitive intelligence, or corporate development activities is preferred.
  • MBA or a relevant advanced degree is a plus.
