Description

  • Source and recruit strategic Marketplace partners by building target lists and running outbound outreach to decision-makers.
  • Own inbound partner engagement by triaging interest, running discovery, evaluating fit, and making go, park, or decline decisions.
  • Determine the right partner type for each opportunity, including app, integration, or solution partner models, and explain the technical and commercial implications.
  • Pull in product or engineering support when needed to scope and assess partner opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and revenue models such as rev share, transaction fees, subscriptions, and referrals.
  • Close partner agreements and define launch readiness with each partner.
  • Lead onboarding and launch activities, coordinating cross-functional readiness across product, support, marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Manage technical partner rollouts from beta or staging through production.
  • Build repeatable partner program operations, including SOPs, playbooks, and lightweight reporting for leadership visibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketplace, platform partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, or sales engineering.
  • Experience working between product and customers in a partner-facing or platform environment.
  • Comfort speaking about APIs, integrations, and product systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing partner or platform deals.
  • Experience driving cross-functional work across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build structure and documentation.
  • Healthcare or health-tech experience preferred.
  • SaaS marketplace or platform experience in a regulated adjacent space such as fintech is also acceptable.
  • API or integration partnership experience, including moving partners from staging or beta to production, is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with DPC or primary care workflows is a nice to have.
  • Experience standing up a partner program from scratch is a nice to have.
  • Experience building processes with AI is a nice to have.
