Description

  • Generate new demand and sales opportunities for the sales organization to pursue.
  • Qualify marketing-generated demand against established criteria before passing opportunities to account executives.
  • Identify, validate, and reach out to additional personas and members of the buying group involved in the decision-making process.
  • Nurture groups of prospects through multi-touch cadences to build engagement and assess interest.
  • Track account information, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in Salesforce.
  • Manage daily outreach through Salesforce queues, including calls, voicemails, social outreach, and emails.
  • Build close collaboration with aligned sales teams and coordinate sales activities across the wider Veeam team.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Veeam products and the value they provide to prospects.
  • Meet monthly KPIs such as signals converted to sales-qualified opportunities, opportunities created, and meetings set.
  • Participate in call-out days, events, and ongoing enablement on product releases, marketing updates, sales methodology, and customer buying behaviors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
  • Previous sales experience, ideally with high-tech products or services, is a plus.
  • Outbound calling and/or Revenue Development Representative experience is a plus.
  • Technical education and understanding of storage backup, cloud backup, and the key manufacturers in the industry Veeam works with is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter with strong cross-functional collaboration ability.
